On the north side is the 400 acre spring-fed crystal clear Mill Dam Lake. The Resort is the only residential property on this exquisite lake, filled with fish, and waiting for you to swim, boat, water ski, fish, or just enjoy the view. On the south side is Bear Lake, which leads into a chain of Florida Lakes, and also contains fantastic fishing. The Ocala National Forest is our neighbor, and known for its camping, nature trails, and wildlife.
Shopping is only 3 miles away at the "Four Corners," with Winn Dixie, CVS, and a host of shops. Loew's and a Super WalMart are less than 15 
minutes away, and the city of Ocala is only 20 minutes, with everything you will need. Orlando, Tampa, Daytona Beach, and Gainesville are within an hour and half drive or less, as are the Gulf beaches and the Atlantic Ocean.
You should come for a visit so you can experience first hand the beauty of this rare resort. You can stay at one of our cabins (click here) located right on the shore of the lake with beautiful water views. These are some of the finest cabin rentals in Ocala, and even in Florida. There are majestic oaks dressed with Spanish Moss to give shade in the sunny times. Families and children of all ages are welcome guests for our cabins and RV spaces.

We have some of the best deals on Ocala moble homes for sale, in one of Ocala's best mobile home parks. Homes are supplied with spring fed water, and other utilities at no extra charge. Our mobile homes are age restricted and open to youngsters 55 and over.
The lot rent is $295 per month. Water, sewer, and trash pickup are only $20/month additional, so the living is quite affordable.
